Did you know that on every Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday at Woodchase Park you can enjoy free fitness programs. We call it Tai Chi Tuesdays at 6 p.m. That’s when you can join our fabulous Tai Chi host and let your mind and body connect for inner and outer tranquility. On Wednesdays at 6 p.m., you can come Zumba at the Pavilion. Our high energy, world-class instruction will get you moving to the beat and boosting your dance to fitness fun. Boot Camp on Saturdays rounds out our fitness programs. Spend your weekend morning at 8 a.m. for Boot Camp and the ultimate outdoor workout! All of our fitness programs are free and open to the public.
